We had a good snowfall last night and I got up early to shovel off the drive. We have a concert slab up around the house that I shovel and then a long gravel driveway that I plow. It was a beautiful morning and the snow was still falling. As I was leaving for work I took Miah out to the truck and I tried to teach her how to catch snowflakes with her tongue. 
Not sure what to think.

When I (Merrie) exercise, Miah wants to join in the “fun”. Situps can be challenging with her crawling across my belly. When I do pushups, Miah assumes a similar position, and as you can see in the photo clips, she does her own version. Up, down, up, down, up, down.
I like going fly fishing, a hobby of mine, and today I got a chance! Thanks to Merrie’s willingness to let me go. I caught quite a few fish. It was a good day fishing. It was cold and cloudy but fishing was good. I usually just catch and release the fish, but today I brought two big rainbow trout home for my mother-in-law. We took them down to Dora, and she was glad to get them. Miah got to see and hold her first fish.
Daddy, that is a big fish!
