Spring or Snow?

Last Sabbath we took advantage of the beautiful weather and took a few photos after church.  Our attire was a week late for Chinese New Year, but worked well for our church directory pictures.

We’ve been having such lovely spring weather in February, and then today, lots of rain mixed with snow.   I like warm weather, and I like snow, but the rain and clouds I can do without.  Miah seems to like the same.  We drove over the pass yesterday, and Miah wanted to stop at the top and throw snowballs.  Since we had an appointment to meet, we promised we’d do it on the way home.  Of course she was sound asleep then.  I had a feeling she wouldn’t forget our promise, so we stopped anyway, and I collected half a dozen snowballs into our little travel cooler.  The first thing she said after getting up this morning was, “We didn’t throw snowballs on the mountain.”  She was happy when I opened the freezer and showed her the snowballs.
